Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of hotel spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, floor care, and surface sanitation to maintain a spotless environment Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to ensure health and safety standards are met Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, and specialized floor cleaning techniques suitable for various surfaces Communicate effectively with guests to understand their specific needs and provide exceptional customer service Follow all safety protocols related to manual handling, sanitation, and outdoor work environments when necessary Skills Bilingual preferred Proven experience in hotel or commercial cleaning with a strong understanding of cleaning surfaces, floor care, and sanitation procedures Knowledge of cleaning detergents, disinfectants, and environmentally friendly products Ability to operate various cleaning equipment such as vacuums, carpet cleaners, and pressure washers when applicable Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently within scheduled hours Strong communication skills for guest interaction and team collaboration Physical stamina for occasional outdoor work or tasks requiring heavy lifting and manual handling Familiarity with housekeeping cleaning practices to ensure consistent quality standards in hotel settings
