Duties Perform routine cleaning and custodial tasks across clubhouse facilities, including floors, restrooms, and common areas using commercial cleaning equipment. Handle chemical agents safely for sanitation purposes, adhering strictly to chemical handling safety procedures. Maintain the golf course by mowing greens, trimming landscaping, raking bunkers, and performing general groundskeeping to ensure optimal playability and aesthetic appeal. Assist with maintenance tasks including minor repairs, painting, and facilities upkeep to support the overall safety and functionality of the property. Support golf operations by setting up carts, managing equipment logistics, and providing excellent customer service to members and guests. Follow safety protocols during heavy lifting or manual handling tasks to prevent injuries while moving furniture, equipment, or landscaping materials. Ensure sanitation standards are met through proper cleaning of equipment and public areas, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. Experience Prior housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for all cleaning procedures. Experience with commercial or industrial cleaning equipment is advantageous. Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks like upkeep or basic repairs is a plus. Demonstrated ability to handle chemical agents safely and follow safety protocols diligently. Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude toward guests and team members. Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting, manual handling, and prolonged standing or walking. Previous porter or groundskeeping experience will be considered an asset but is not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning new skills is essential.
