Job Description

Customer Service / Housekeeping Attendant Join the Basecamp 550 team and help create a clean, welcoming, and memorable experience for our guests. This position is a mix of guest service, housekeeping, and day-to-day campground support in a beautiful mountain setting.
Work-Trade Position:
This position includes an RV site in exchange for 12 hours of work per week. Any hours worked beyond the 12-hour weekly work-trade commitment are paid at the applicable hourly rate. Responsibilities Provide friendly, professional guest service and respond to guest questions and concerns. Clean and prepare cabins, glamping tents, and common areas for arriving guests. Complete laundry, address stains, and maintain housekeeping standards. Report maintenance needs, damages, or other property concerns. Help keep the campground, grounds, and guest areas clean, organized, and ready for guests. Monitor and communicate guest compliance with campground policies. Assist with reservations and guest information through Cloudbeds and Airbnb. Participate in weekly housekeeping and property-maintenance tasks as needed. Maintain a clean and organized golf cart, work areas, and cleaning supplies. Perform other hospitality and campground duties as needed. The ideal candidate is dependable, friendly, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and enjoys creating a positive guest experience in a fast-paced outdoor hospitality environment.
