In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, ensuring floor care excellence, and supporting overall hotel operations. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to uphold cleanliness standards. Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning to ensure spotless surfaces. Assist with hotel housekeeping operations by replenishing supplies and organizing storage areas. Support janitorial tasks such as waste removal, window cleaning, and restroom sanitation to maintain hygiene excellence. Help with industrial cleaning projects when necessary, utilizing appropriate equipment safely and effectively. Ensure all cleaning procedures comply with safety protocols and hotel policies. Collaborate with housekeeping management to prioritize tasks and deliver outstanding guest experiences. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services; hotel or hospitality experience is highly preferred. Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and working in various environmental conditions. Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude toward supporting hotel operations. Prior experience in industrial cleaning or housekeeper management is a plus but not required. Commitment to safety procedures and adherence to health regulations.
