We're looking to start one to two people out slow and build their schedules once trust, quality and reliability is established. MUST have 2+ years of paid cleaning experience and your own supplies are a bonus. Must be fully independent, no training needed. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces in residential settings Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to promote a healthy environment Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients and addressing any specific cleaning requests or concerns Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care methods including carpet cleaning and custodial practices Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional communication abilities Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering thorough, high-quality work consistently Reliable transportation to travel between client locations as required Embark on a fulfilling career where your skills create clean spaces that brighten lives!
