Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Lead to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our hospitality environment in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper. In this role, you will lead a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring that all areas are spotless, organized, and meet the highest standards of cleanliness. Your leadership will drive efficiency, foster a positive team atmosphere, and uphold our commitment to exceptional guest experiences. This is an energetic position perfect for someone with a passion for hospitality, management, and maintaining pristine environments. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to standard Lead, motivate, and train housekeeping staff to deliver outstanding service while adhering to safety and cleanliness protocols Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, laundry facilities, and back-of-house spaces to ensure quality standards are met Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; place orders as needed to maintain stock levels Oversee laundry operations including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distribution of linens and uniforms Enforce health and safety regulations related to custodial work and chemical handling Collaborate with hotel management to address guest requests or concerns promptly and professionally Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning services, custodial work or janitorial roles within a hospitality or hotel environment Supervising experience with a demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively in fast-paced settings Strong management skills with the ability to organize tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and motivate staff Extensive knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques, laundry processes, and janitorial equipment Background in hospitality or hotel housekeeping management preferred Excellent leadership qualities with clear communication skills and a positive attitude Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Join us as a Housekeeping Lead where your energy fuels our commitment to cleanliness excellence!
