Independent House Cleaning Contractor - 50% Per Cleaning + Tips Maids 2 Mop DMV is looking for experienced, reliable independent house cleaning contractors and small cleaning teams to complete residential cleaning jobs throughout the DMV area. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. You are paid 50% of each cleaning you complete — plus 100% of your tips. What You Can Earn Our cleaning prices allow experienced, efficient contractors to earn strong pay per job.

Example:

A standard cleaning priced at $160 pays you $80 + tips . Larger homes, deep cleans, and move-in/move-out cleanings have higher payouts.

You must:

Have professional residential cleaning experience Be available to service customers in Washington, DC Have reliable transportation Provide Business Liability Insurance Provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment Have a smartphone and reliable communication Be dependable and punctual Provide consistently high-quality work Be comfortable completing standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings Pass our contractor screening process and criminal background check Must have a valid Social Security number and be able to successfully complete our required criminal background screening through Checkr before accepting cleaning assignments. Service Area Washington, DC availability is required. Additional cleaning opportunities may also be available in: Prince George's County / Bowie Montgomery County Northern Virginia Applicants who can service multiple DMV areas may have access to additional cleaning opportunities.
