Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, and public spaces to uphold cleanliness standards. Assist with floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine surfaces. Support housekeeping staff by replenishing supplies and delivering linens or amenities as needed. Ensure all areas are maintained in a safe and sanitary condition by following proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols. Handle industrial cleaning tasks using specialized equipment for larger or more challenging areas. Maintain cleanliness in service corridors, storage rooms, and back-of-house areas to support efficient hotel operations. Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure timely room turnovers and overall hotel presentation. Requirements Prior experience in hotel housekeeping, janitorial work, or custodial services is highly desirable. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and industrial cleaning equipment. Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving supplies throughout shifts. Familiarity with hospitality or hotel operations is a plus; previous custodial or housekeeping management experience is advantageous.
