About Homeker Homeker is a professional cleaning company connecting experienced cleaning professionals with homeowners who value quality, reliability, and exceptional customer service. We're currently expanding our contractor network, and are looking for cleaners who are interested in taking on additional cleaning jobs each week. If you already clean homes or are an experienced residential cleaner looking to grow your income with a flexible schedule, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Perform high-quality residential cleaning services. Complete Standard, Deep, Move-In/Move-Out, and other cleanings. Arrive on time and maintain professional communication. Follow customer instructions and company standards. Deliver exceptional customer service on every visit. completion promptly. Requirements Minimum 1 year of residential cleaning experience (2+ years preferred). Reliable transportation. Must have your own cleaning supplies and equipment. Ability to pass a background check. Strong attention to detail. Professional attitude and excellent customer service. Smartphone with internet access. Ability to work independently or with a team. Preferred Qualifications Experience with recurring residential cleaning. Experience with move-out or deep cleaning services. Liability insurance is preferred. If you do not currently have insurance, you may be required to obtain it before accepting assignments. Compensation Paid Per Cleaning (Competitive Rates) Earn income based on the number and type of cleaning jobs you complete. The more jobs you accept, the greater your earning potential.
