Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to maintain high standards of cleanliness Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care and efficiency Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and carpet cleaning to ensure floors are spotless and well-maintained Maintain sanitation protocols by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to promote a healthy living environment Manage janitorial tasks such as trash removal, replenishing supplies, and ensuring all areas are tidy and organized Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients, addressing their specific cleaning needs, and ensuring satisfaction Assist with housekeeper management tasks when needed to coordinate schedules and ensure seamless service delivery Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles with a focus on detailed sanitation and organization Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally Experience in laundry services and handling various cleaning supplies safely Familiarity with janitorial procedures within hotel or commercial cleaning environments is a plus Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment efficiently Basic cooking skills are desirable to assist with light household chores when required Embark on a rewarding journey where your dedication creates beautiful homes for our clients!
