The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for our residents, families, and staff. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, offices, and dining areas. Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and disinfect surfaces. Empty trash and replenish supplies. Follow daily cleaning schedules and sanitation standards. Maintain housekeeping equipment and report safety or maintenance concerns. Assist with deep cleaning and special projects as needed. Respect residents' privacy, dignity, and personal belongings. Follow all safety, infection-control, and community policies. Qualifications Previous housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience preferred. Healthcare, assisted living, senior living, or hotel experience is a plus. Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional and respectful communication skills. Ability to stand, bend, stoop, push, pull, and lift cleaning supplies/equipment. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a Level 2 background screening in accordance with Florida law and Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) requirements.
