I'm assisting a lovely family in Coconut Grove / Coral Gables who is looking for a mother's helper / nanny for their 1-month-old newborn . The mom is very involved and often home, so this is a mother's helper style role for someone who enjoys working alongside a parent and helping maintain a calm, organized home environment. Schedule Monday -

Thursday:

9 AM - 6

PM Friday:

flexible Around 36 hours per week Compensation $22/hour Responsibilities Assisting with newborn care (feeding, soothing, helping with appointments) Baby laundry and baby bedding Housekeeping support is a priority — including laundry, dishes, and tidying the home Light housekeeping related to the baby and common areas Occasional light cooking / meal prep Ideal Candidate Experience with newborns or infants Comfortable with housekeeping tasks (laundry, dishes, tidying) Warm, proactive, and organized English speaking Driver's license (someone comfortable driving the baby in the future is a plus) The family is hoping to find someone reliable, caring, and proactive who enjoys supporting both mom and baby during this early stage.
