• Must pass a criminal background check and provide references Titan Cleaning is looking for passionate, detail oriented, and hardworking Flexible Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team in Crestview and surrounding areas.

This role gives you the best of both worlds. You will split your time between hotel housekeeping placements through our hospitality staffing division and Titan's own residential and commercial cleaning jobs. More variety, more hours, and more ways to grow. If you love variety and take pride in your work, we want YOU!

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• A positive, genuine personality. We protect our team culture and hire for character as much as skill.
• Experience preferred but not required.
• Flexible and adaptable, comfortable moving between hotels, homes, and offices
• Attention to detail and a passion for high quality cleaning
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work well alone or on a team
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• A smartphone and comfort using apps for scheduling and GPS clock in
• Able to lift 20 lbs, bend, kneel, and stand for long periods
• Cleaning experience preferred (residential, commercial, or hospitality), but we will train the right person

YOUR ROLE

Your week will be a mix of two types of work: Hotel Housekeeping Placements

• Clean and turn over guest rooms to hotel brand standards
• Keep public areas tidy, sanitized, and inviting
• Follow hotel procedures and report to the on site housekeeping manager Residential and Commercial Cleaning
• Commercial and office cleaning (some evenings or weekends)
• Residential cleans, deep cleans, and move outs
• Airbnb and vacation rental turnovers
• Post construction final cleans
• Work solo or with a partner depending on the job Still reading?
