Laundry Attendant/Houseman

Responsibilities Operate laundry machines such as washers, dryers, and pressing equipment with precision to ensure optimal cleaning results Sort, fold, and organize linens, towels, uniforms, and guest clothing according to established standards Perform cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing laundry areas to uphold hygiene standards Handle special cleaning requests such as dry cleaning or stain removal with care and expertise Monitor inventory levels of laundry supplies and notify management when restocking is needed Adhere to safety procedures related to equipment operation and chemical handling to prevent accidents Assist with general cleaning tasks around the facility to support overall cleanliness and guest satisfaction Experience Previous experience in laundry services or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and dry cleaning machines is advantageous Basic understanding of cleaning techniques including stain removal and fabric care Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential for success in this role This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to contribute to a clean, welcoming environment.
