Room Attendant

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to ensure our residential or commercial spaces are spotless, comfortable, and inviting. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation, creating a welcoming environment for residents, guests, or clients. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, common areas, and facilities using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas to meet health standards Manage custodial tasks such as trash removal, replenishing supplies, and basic maintenance requests Provide exceptional customer service by addressing resident or guest needs promptly and professionally Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including inventory control and scheduling Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, janitorial work or commercial cleaning environments Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper cleaning procedures Skills in floor care techniques such as carpet cleaning and floor polishing Ability to perform laundry duties efficiently while maintaining quality standards Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Experience with cooking is a plus but not required; a willingness to assist with light meal prep is appreciated Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, bend, and reach comfortably Prior janitorial or custodial experience is highly desirable; hotel experience is a plus Join our team to deliver top-tier cleanliness and comfort!
