Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming environment. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Change bed linens and towels, ensuring that all items are fresh and properly arranged. Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and other amenities as needed. Clean public areas of the hotel, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to maintain high standards of hygiene. Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure efficient workflow and guest satisfaction. Requirements Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial work is required. Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and floor care techniques is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean efficiently and effectively. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. A commitment to providing outstanding hospitality and guest service. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
