Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and cleanliness, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality service. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment. Conduct floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly. Follow established housekeeping protocols and standards to maintain quality assurance. Collaborate with the housekeeping management team to ensure efficient operations. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest requests or concerns in a timely manner. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or custodial roles is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning practices is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards guests and colleagues.
