Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Resort Housekeeper, where your attention to detail and passion for cleanliness will create welcoming, pristine environments for our guests. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort throughout our hotel facilities. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure a spotless environment Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and restock supplies to enhance guest comfort Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and perform detailed floor care to maintain a polished appearance Conduct deep cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, window washing, and industrial cleaning as needed Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and maintained properly Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution Follow established health and safety protocols to create a secure environment for guests and staff Experience Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred Knowledge of cleaning techniques including janitorial and industrial cleaning methods Familiarity with floor care equipment and procedures for maintaining various flooring types Experience in hospitality or hotel environments demonstrating excellent customer service skills Background in custodial management or housekeeping supervision is a plus Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced settings Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Join us in delivering exceptional guest experiences through your expertise in cleaning and hospitality!
