Saltshore Cleaning Co. is growing our network of experienced independent cleaning professionals across the Emerald Coast. We're looking for reliable cleaners who want access to additional residential, vacation rental, move-in/move-out, and light commercial cleaning jobs without giving up their independence. You choose which jobs you accept. There are no guaranteed hours, required weekly schedule, or exclusivity. You are free to maintain your own clients and work with other companies. Compensation 50% of approved service revenue for each completed job 100% of tips attributable to your jobs Paid weekly Compensation varies by the size, service type, and scope of each accepted job What Saltshore provides Customer acquisition and booking Scheduling and job details through Zenbooker Customer communication and payment processing Clearly defined service scopes and cleaning checklists Optional job opportunities throughout our service area Weekly contractor payouts What you provide Professional cleaning experience Your own cleaning supplies and equipment Reliable transportation Smartphone and dependable communication Active general liability insurance with at least $1 million per occurrence before receiving jobs Professional, dependable service in customers' homes and properties You may be a great fit if you: Already clean professionally or operate your own cleaning business Take pride in detailed, consistent work Arrive prepared and communicate promptly Are comfortable working independently Know how to handle homes, vacation rentals, and customer property professionally Can follow the booked service scope while managing your own cleaning methods and workflow Service area Opportunities may be available throughout Destin, Miramar Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, 30A, Rosemary Beach, Freeport, Fort Walton Beach, and surrounding Emerald Coast communities. Screening & onboarding Before receiving jobs, approved contractors complete Saltshore's onboarding process, which includes: Phone interview Professional references Background screening Proof of general liability insurance Independent Contractor Agreement Contractor payment setup Important This is an independent contractor opportunity, not employment.
