We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Key Responsibilities:

Completes cleaning and maintenance related duties as assigned including sanitizing, sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, trash disposal, replacing light bulbs and window cleaning. Updates Supervisor of needed supplies. Removes trash from premises and assists in emergency cleaning. Ability to properly utilize new equipment and follow safety procedures prior to using equipment. Responsible for maintaining a necessary level of sanitary and cleaning supplies for assigned areas. Inspects Clubhouse and surrounding amenities daily and reports all cleaning and maintenance discrepancies to Supervisor. Security procedures and precautions must be followed at all times. Completes daily work orders in a timely manner. Maintains work equipment in good working condition. Refills all dispensers such as hand towels, toilet paper & hand soap. Cleans toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors & counters. Maintains cleanliness and appearance of exterior of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture. Regularly lifts up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds. Occasionally climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crawls, and crouches. Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions. Ability to respond to emergencies in a timely manner. Climb ladders and work at heights above ground level. Maintains friendly and professional attitude. Regular and reliable attendance. Education and Experience Requirements High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one-month related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform duties.

Additional Information:

Potential shift schedule: 12:30 pm

•8:30 pm; hours may vary based on operational and seasonal needs.

Uniform:

Polo with khaki pants (khaki or navy) and sneakers (uniform may be provided in the near future).
