Professional House Cleaner

Job Summary Vanderbilt Maids is seeking an experienced and dedicated cleaner to join our team in Estero, FL. We are looking for proactive individuals who can anticipate customer needs, provide personalized service, and build lasting relationships while providing exceptional residential and commercial cleaning. Responsibilities Clean residential homes, businesses, or offices following established procedures and specific client guidelines. Vacuum or mop floors to remove dirt, dust, and debris. Clean and disinfect toilets, ensuring they are free of stains and odors. Dust furniture, shelves, and decorative items. Scrub surfaces to remove stains or buildup using appropriate techniques. Move small furniture as needed to facilitate deep cleaning. Empty trash cans and dispose of waste in a sanitary manner. Clean upholstered furniture and wash, fold, and organize clothes as requested. Change bed linens and maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition.

Experience Experience:

2 years of professional residential and/or hotel cleaning experience (Required).

Driver's License:

Must possess a valid license and a clean driving record to operate the company vehicle.

Work Authorization:

Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Background Check:

Must pass a comprehensive background check.

Cleaning Skills:

Proven ability to clean and disinfect toilets, scrub surfaces for stain removal, and perform detailed dusting.

Physical Ability:

Frequently required to stand, walk, reach, sit, squat, kneel, crouch, and crawl.

Professionalism:

Hardworking, reliable, and trustworthy with a consistent record of punctuality.

Tech-Savvy:

Proficiency in using smartphones, tablets, and computers for scheduling.

Employee Benefits & Perks Pay Rate:

Starting at $14.75+/hr. With tips and monthly bonuses, our cleaners easily earn between $20.00 and $25.00 per hour!

Company Car Provided:

We offer a company car and provide all cleaning and transportation supplies. 100%

Paid Travel Time:

You are paid in full for your time spent traveling between client locations.
