Duties Clean and sanitize residential hallways, elevator lobbies, elevators, stairwells, and other common areas. Clean and maintain the main lobby, management office, front desk area, mailroom, and package areas. Clean and disinfect restrooms, fitness center equipment, locker areas, and other amenities. Maintain the pool deck, amenity deck, clubroom, business center, barbecue areas, and outdoor common areas. Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, polish, and spot-clean floors, walls, doors, glass, furniture, and fixtures. Empty trash and recycling containers and transport waste to designated disposal areas. Clean spills and address slip, trip, and sanitation hazards promptly. Restock soap, paper products, trash liners, and other housekeeping supplies. Clean fingerprints and marks from elevator panels, glass doors, mirrors, and other frequently touched surfaces. Report water leaks, damage, pest activity, malfunctioning equipment, safety hazards, and unusual conditions to management immediately. Follow assigned cleaning schedules, zones, checklists, and building procedures. Assist with cleaning after meetings, events, maintenance work, move-ins, and move-outs. Properly use and maintain housekeeping tools, carts, chemicals, and equipment. Maintain housekeeping closets and storage areas in a clean, organized, and secure condition. Respond professionally and courteously to reasonable resident and management requests. Assist other team members as operational needs require. Perform additional related duties assigned by management. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services within residential or commercial settings. Skilled in handling chemical agents safely while adhering to safety protocol guidelines. Proficient with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, and industrial cleaning tools. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following proper lifting practices to prevent injury. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly approach toward residents and visitors. Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods and commercial cleaning standards enhances your effectiveness in this role.

Pay:

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
