We're hiring experienced independent cleaners (1099 contractors) to join our team and serve customers across Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Pompano Beach, Davie, and Weston.

You'll be paid a guaranteed minimum of $25/hour equivalent on every job — most jobs are paid as a flat per-job rate, so efficient cleaners often earn $27-30/hour equivalent. Weekly direct deposit, every Friday.

This is contract (1099) work, not employee work. You set your own schedule from the jobs we offer, you're free to work for other companies, and you handle your own taxes. We're a real, organized business — not a referral marketplace — with consistent weekly work and a path to higher volume for top performers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Clean residential homes (recurring weekly/bi-weekly customers) and short-term rentals (Airbnb turnovers)
• Follow our standard cleaning checklists — every clean done the same way, every time
• Take before/after photos on each job (one tap in our scheduling app)
• Communicate clearly with the office via our app or text
• Treat every customer's home with respect — we represent Hostwell when you walk in

WHAT YOU NEED

• At least 6 months of paid cleaning experience (residential preferred)
• Your own reliable transportation (car or scooter)
• A smartphone (iOS or Android) with location services enabled — we use Housecall Pro for scheduling
• Willingness to pass a basic background check (Hostwell pays for this)
• Ability to legally work as a contractor in the U.S.
• Available at least 25 hours per week, including some weekends
• Strong attention to detail and good communication

NICE TO HAVE

• Bilingual (English + Spanish)
• Experience cleaning Airbnb / vacation rental properties
• Knowledge of eco-friendly / pet-safe cleaning products
• Previous experience as an independent contractor

PAY DETAILS

• $25/hour minimum guaranteed on every job
• Flat per-job rates that average $25-30/hour equivalent
• Weekly pay every Friday via direct deposit
• 1099-NEC issued in January for tax filing
• No benefits (this is contract work) — but no fixed schedule either
