Public Spaces Attendant Crowne Plaza Hotel - 3.7 Fort Lauderdale, FL Job Details Full-time 12 hours ago Qualifications Hotel linen replacement Floor cleaning Hotel room supply stocking Night audit Greeting customers Hotel bed making Full Job Description Clean and maintain hotel public areas, including the lobby, corridors, elevators, restrooms, entrances, and other assigned areas. Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize floors and surfaces. Clean and maintain public restrooms, including sinks, mirrors, toilets, floors, and fixtures. Empty trash and replace liners throughout assigned areas. Clean glass doors, windows, mirrors, and other visible surfaces as needed. Maintain elevators, stairways, hallways, and entrances in a clean and presentable condition. Monitor public areas throughout the shift and address cleanliness issues promptly. Replenish restroom supplies, including soap, paper products, and other amenities. Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, safety hazards, and other concerns to the appropriate supervisor. Assist with cleaning and maintaining meeting rooms, event spaces, and other areas as assigned. Respond courteously and professionally to guest questions and requests. Properly use and store cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies. Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked work cart and supply area. Follow all hotel cleanliness, safety, sanitation, and security standards. Assist the housekeeping team with special cleaning projects and other duties as assigned by management.
