Responsibilities Cleans and services assigned guest rooms in a timely and thorough manner per BMC standard Reports repairs and unsafe conditions Responds to housekeeping requests in a timely customer orientated manner Ensures housekeeping carts are neat and stocked with adequate supplies Validates adequate utensils, amenities, and supplies are stocked in guest rooms Completes any reasonable task requested by the inspector Ensures lost and found items are handed in per company policy Responds to and follows through on guest requests, concerns, and problems Provides excellent guest service Communicates with staff and management by utilizing provided radios Performs all other duties as assigned Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping management or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Knowledge of various cleaning techniques, including commercial cleaning methods and sanitization practices. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Familiarity with carpet cleaning equipment and floor care products is an advantage.
