Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various settings, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for guests and staff. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas in accordance with established standards. Manage housekeeping tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure all linens are cleaned, pressed, and properly stocked. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Adhere to health and safety regulations while using cleaning supplies and equipment. Assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies and report shortages as needed. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly. Skills Proficiency in industrial cleaning techniques and equipment operation. Experience in housekeeping management within hospitality settings such as hotels or resorts. Strong knowledge of custodial practices and floor care maintenance. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
