Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest or resident requests with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain cleanliness of supply cart before and at the end of your shift. Experience Experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality environments is a strong advantage. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
