Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a pristine environment Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and recreational spaces Handle laundry duties for linens, towels, and guest clothing as needed Follow established cleaning procedures using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment for floor care and surface sanitation Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to management promptly Adhere to safety protocols and health regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all staff and guests Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans during slower periods or as directed by management Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning Ability to perform industrial or custodial cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly Excellent attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high cleanliness standards Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures and hospitality industry expectations Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout shifts Effective communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Join us in delivering memorable stays by ensuring every corner of our hotel shines!
