The Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring guest rooms and assigned areas are cleaned and maintained according to brand and company standards. This includes making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming floors, replenishing amenities, and reporting maintenance issues.
This role plays a critical part in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for every guest. You will be focused on optimizing each guest's experience by living out our company purpose: "hospitality from our family to yours."

Job Responsibilities:
- Clean and prepare assigned guest rooms in accordance with Naples Hotel Group and brand standards.
- Perform tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, disinfecting surfaces, making beds, and restocking amenities.
- Ensure bathrooms are sanitized and all furnishings are clean and in good condition.
- Maintain a fully stocked housekeeping cart with the appropriate products and supplies needed for daily assignments.
- Report the status of cleaned rooms promptly and accurately to the Executive Housekeeper or Front Desk.
- Report any maintenance issues, room damage, or supply shortages immediately.
- Greet all guests encountered during the shift with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Handle guest requests or concerns promptly and courteously, escalating when necessary.
- Follow hotel procedures for reporting and turning in lost and found items.
- Ensure key security and confidentiality of guest and company information at all times.
- Comply with all safety policies, including emergency procedures and equipment handling.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions immediately.
- Complete all required safety training and certifications.
- Must maintain a professional appearance in accordance with company standards.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to meet evolving business demands.
