This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a passion for hospitality, and prior experience in cleaning or custodial services. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where cleanliness and guest satisfaction are top priorities. Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies Perform floor care tasks such as mopping and carpet cleaning to maintain high standards of cleanliness Ensure all surfaces are spotless and free of dust or debris Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens as needed Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties Follow established safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Adhere to hotel policies regarding confidentiality and guest privacy Assist with additional janitorial or custodial tasks as assigned to support overall hotel operations Requirements Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality is preferred, especially in hotel or industrial cleaning environments Knowledge of floor care techniques and custodial procedures Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following detailed instructions Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks and lift moderate loads when necessary Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as required Previous experience in housekeeping management is a plus but not mandatory This role is vital in providing guests with a clean, comfortable environment that enhances their overall stay.
