Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly Care for floors through sweeping, polishing, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques to ensure a pristine appearance Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs politely and professionally during visits or interactions Manage janitorial tasks such as restocking supplies, emptying trash bins, and ensuring all cleaning tools are maintained properly Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including scheduling or coordinating cleaning activities Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning, custodial work, hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning environments Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation practices and laundry procedures Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor Ability to follow detailed instructions and uphold high cleanliness standards consistently Experience with janitorial equipment and supplies management is preferred Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced settings Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends or evenings as required Join us in creating clean, welcoming spaces that make a positive impact every day!
