Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for guests and residents. This role requires a strong attention to detail, a commitment to high standards of cleanliness, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms. Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and free from dust, dirt, and debris. Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning. Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently. Experience Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required. Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques is a plus. Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is beneficial. Experience in custodial work or floor care will be advantageous. A strong work ethic with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service.
