Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Public Area Attendant to help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of a luxury resort. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating a welcoming environment and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences through cleanliness and attention to detail. Responsibilities Clean and maintain all public areas, including lobbies, walkways, restrooms, pools, fitness center, and guest common areas. Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize assigned areas throughout the property. Empty trash receptacles and replenish restroom and guest amenities. Ensure outdoor areas remain clean, organized, and presentable. Respond promptly to guest requests and housekeeping needs. Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards to management. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures. Work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure the property consistently exceeds guest expectations. Qualifications Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs. Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts. Reliable transportation and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
