Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas within our hotel. This position requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Change bed linens and towels, ensuring they are fresh and clean for each guest. Restock room supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and other amenities as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management promptly. Maintain cleanliness in public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing according to hotel standards. Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service. Qualifications Previous experience in industrial cleaning or custodial work is preferred. Familiarity with housekeeping management practices within the hospitality industry is a plus. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and organization. Ability to perform floor care tasks effectively, including sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning. Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A positive attitude and strong customer service skills are essential for success in this role.
