Handle laundry duties efficiently by washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels to meet operational standards. Restock supplies like toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials to ensure all areas are fully equipped for guest needs. Follow established safety procedures during cleaning tasks, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold safety standards. Assist with special cleaning projects such as deep cleans or industrial cleaning tasks as required to maintain overall facility excellence. Skills Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles within hotels or hospitality environments is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and polishing different types of flooring. Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures and standards to deliver exceptional service consistently. Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and effectively in industrial or commercial settings.
