$15 HOURLY Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, adhering to established standards of cleanliness. Manage housekeeping tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure all linens and towels are clean, fresh, and well-organized. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management. Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment. Respond promptly to guest requests for additional services or items. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, including deep cleaning tasks. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations within the facility. Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping management or related fields such as hotel or industrial cleaning is preferred. 1 year preferred in a hotel setting. Knowledge of floor care techniques and custodial practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
