You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across residential properties, ensuring each space is spotless, sanitized, and inviting. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and surface sanitation to ensure a pristine environment. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures effectively across all areas, adhering to health standards and safety guidelines. Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items with care. Operate various cleaning equipment including vacuums, carpet cleaners, floor buffers, and janitorial tools to achieve optimal results. Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific needs and provide exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations. Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation standards. Familiarity with cleaning detergents, equipment operation, and safety procedures related to manual handling and heavy lifting. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent client communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to work independently or as part of a team while maintaining high-quality standards consistently. Prior hotel experience preffered. Bilingual is a plus.
