We are a small company and we are growing. You are paid per job, not per shift, and you keep 55% of what the client pays. A 2 bed / 2 bath recurring clean bills at $159, so your pay on that job is about $87. Turnovers pay roughly $52 to $102 depending on the size of the property.

WHAT THE WORK LOOKS LIKE

Recurring home cleans: kitchen, bathrooms, floors, dusting, beds made, trash out. The same checklist every visit.

Airbnb turnovers:

same-day turns between guests, usually on a tight window before the next check-in. Jobs are sent to you by text. You take the ones that fit your schedule. You send timestamped before and after photos when the job is finished. This is required on every job.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

At least 1 year of paid cleaning experience, residential or hotel / vacation rental. Your own reliable transportation. A smartphone, and you answer texts the same day. Legal authorization to work in the United States. You show up when you say you will. That matters to us more than speed.

NICE TO HAVE, NOT REQUIRED

Your own supplies and vacuum. We pay more per job if you bring your own. Experience with Airbnb or vacation rental turnovers. English and Spanish.

WHAT WE OFFER

Paid weekly. You choose your own jobs. No set shifts and no minimum hours. Repeat clients on a schedule, not one-off gigs. No selling, no quoting, no chasing payment. We handle the client, you handle the clean. This is an independent contractor position (1099).
