Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, living areas, kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of sanitation and cleanliness Conduct floor care activities such as vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and carpet cleaning to maintain surfaces in top condition Handle laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens Maintain proper sanitation protocols during all cleaning procedures to promote a healthy environment Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleaning services Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments while maintaining quality standards Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care methods Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Basic cooking skills are desirable for assisting with light household chores when needed Familiarity with laundry procedures and stain removal techniques Prior experience in custodial or housekeeping management is advantageous but not required Join us if you're passionate about creating clean, comfortable homes!
