Job Description

JRN#2337 A prominent UHNW family in Coral Gables, Florida, is seeking an experienced Laundry Attendant & Housekeeper to join a world-class estate team within a large, multi-structure property. This extraordinary workplace is positive, team-oriented, and grounded in trust, autonomy, and respect. Staff describe the culture as a "ninja crew": professional, discreet, and exceptional at providing the principals with privacy and space. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and service-driven, thriving in a collaborative, high-functioning household. Flexibility and discretion are essential, as the estate environment is dynamic and multi-structured.
Responsibilities:
50% or more dedicated laundry and wardrobe care duties. Launder all clothing with the highest level of care, separating darks from white, delicates, etc. Spot treat stains on high-quality fabrics, including silk and cashmere, using eco-friendly and organic practices. Excellent ironing and steaming skills, pressing clothes and linens to a perfect, wrinkle-free standard. Perform basic seamstress duties, such as hand sewing a button or a hem. Conduct daily cleaning, tidying, and organizing across multiple structures, maintaining the highest standards for high-end finishes and surfaces. Execute deep cleaning tasks on a bi-weekly or monthly schedule. Organize wardrobe and closets. Assist with packing and unpacking for family travel. Ensure all areas of the estate are guest-ready at all times. Manage cleaning supplies and household inventories, coordinating with other departments as necessary. Uphold privacy and discretion by adjusting work zones based on family location and activity. Utilize property apps and internal systems to support smooth operations within a tech-forward estate.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a private home, ideally for a UHNW family, or in luxury hospitality. Exceptional housekeeping skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of luxury surfaces and wardrobe care. Prior experience as a laundress, with a deep understanding of the finest, eco-based wardrobe care practices. Knowledge of organic, eco-friendly cleaning products. Basic seamstress and sewing skills. Trustworthy, reliable, and able to maintain strict discretion. Comfortable working in a fully staffed, multi-department household environment. Service-oriented with a strong work ethic and collaborative mindset. Highly organized with excellent communication and time-management skills. Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn internal apps and property systems. Flexible, adaptable, and able to respond to changing priorities.
Location:
Coral Gables, FL Compensation:
$50-60/hour DOE + Exceptional Benefits & perks
