Potential to grow into a full-time position About the Role We are seeking a reliable, organized, trustworthy Personal Assistant & Housekeeper to help maintain our home and assist with day-to-day personal and household tasks. ResponsibilitiesHousekeeping & Home Organization Clean and maintain the home, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, kitchens, and bathrooms Complete laundry, change bed linens, organize and declutter spaces, and remove trash Monitor and restock household and cleaning supplies Help prepare the home for guests and special occasions Maintain a consistently clean, organized, and welcoming environment Home & Property Support Perform routine walkthroughs of the property and report maintenance issues Meet repair technicians, contractors, and other service providers as needed Coordinate access for vendors and service appointments Assist with preparing the home for visiting guests and company owners Personal Assistant Duties Assist with calendars, reminders, scheduling, and miscellaneous daily tasks Run local errands and assist with occasional airport transportation Use basic technology and productivity tools, including Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Zoom Help keep household and personal responsibilities organized Pet & House Sitting Provide care for our three dogs when we travel Occasionally house-sit and maintain the home while we are away Travel-related pet/house sitting is infrequent and will be scheduled with 1-2 weeks' advance notice Qualifications The ideal candidate is: Experienced in residential housekeeping and/or personal assisting Highly reliable, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented Honest, trustworthy, discreet, and respectful of privacy Comfortable working independently and taking initiative A genuine dog lover who is comfortable caring for three dogs A safe, dependable driver with a reliable vehicle Comfortable using basic computer and office technology Comfortable working in a faith-based environment Professional, positive, and drama-free What We Offer $20-$30 per hour , based on experience Consistent Tuesday-Thursday schedule, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Potential to grow from part-time into a full-time position Supportive, respectful, and positive work environment Opportunities for personal and professional mentorship A role where your hard work and contributions are genuinely valued About Us Our home and businesses are built around faith, family, excellence, and serving others .
