Housekeeper/Room Attendant

Position Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Room Attendant / Housekeeper to join our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. You will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and public areas, restocking amenities, and ensuring that hotel standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and service assigned guest rooms and bathrooms thoroughly and efficiently Make beds, change linens, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and clean floors Replenish towels, toiletries, and other in-room amenities Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to housekeeping management Follow all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in a clean and organized manner Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner when encountered in hallways or rooms Assist with cleaning public areas, hallways, and other hotel spaces as needed Ensure guest privacy and adhere to "do not disturb" signs and procedures

Qualifications:

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (but not required — training provided) Ability to work independently and as part of a team High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Ability to follow instructions and hotel cleaning standards Good time management skills

Working Conditions:
