Coast & Key Property Services is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented cleaner to join our residential cleaning team! We're a family-owned property services company serving clients in Niceville, Fort Walton Beach, Freeport, & Destin, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, cares about the details, and wants the opportunity to grow with our team. What You'll Do Provide high-quality residential cleaning services Complete routine, deep, and move-in/move-out cleans Follow company cleaning checklists and quality standards Pay close attention to details and finishing touches Communicate professionally with clients and team members Help maintain cleaning supplies and equipment Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality Represent Coast & Key professionally in clients' homes What We're Looking For Reliable and dependable Strong attention to detail Self-motivated and able to work independently Comfortable working in clients' homes Professional and friendly Good communication skills Able to follow directions and company procedures Physically able to perform cleaning duties, including standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive movement Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred, but not required for the right person Must have reliable transportation Must be willing to work throughout our service area (Fort Walton Beach, Niceville, & Destin - Freeport is optional) What We Offer Part-time position with potential for increased hours Training provided Opportunity for advancement Family-owned, supportive work environment Consistent standards and expectations If you're someone who takes pride in leaving a home better than you found it and you're looking for more than just a cleaning job, we'd love to hear from you!
