Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces including dusting, vacuuming, scrubbing, and disinfecting surfaces Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing bed linens and garments Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing to keep them spotless Ensure all areas are disinfected according to health standards including kitchens and bathrooms Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs in a professional and courteous manner Manage cleaning product inventory and restock as needed to ensure smooth operations Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning or upholstery care when required Requirements Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly valued Knowledge of floor care techniques and disinfection practices Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Familiarity with laundry processes and equipment handling Experience in custodial tasks or cleaning staff management is a plus Certification in cleaning or janitorial services is beneficial but not required Must have reliable personal transportation to travel between job sites
