Opportunity:

We are looking to partner with experienced, reliable independent cleaning professionals and small cleaning operations to take on residential cleaning projects. In this 1099 partnership, you run your own independent schedule and accept projects that fit your availability. Deliver exceptional residential cleaning services (standard cleans, deep cleans, or move-outs) based on client criteria. Provide your own professional-grade cleaning tools, supplies, and reliable transportation to and from job sites. Maintain high quality standards and communicate professionally with clients and our team.

What We Require:

Minimum of [1-2] years of paid professional residential cleaning experience. Access to your own functional vehicle, valid driver's license, and auto insurance. Your own professional cleaning equipment and supplies. Active General Liability Insurance (or willingness to obtain it). Ability to pass a background check and use a smartphone for job coordination. Must operate as an independent business/sole proprietor and complete a Form W-9 upon contracting.

Compensation:

Competitive per-service or job-based payout structure. Weekly direct deposit or payment processing upon job completion. Keep 100% of client tips.
