2 Positions Miami, FL Broward County, FL Job Description We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our growing short-term rental team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering hotel-quality cleanings and enjoys working independently in a fast-paced environment. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for preparing vacation rental homes for arriving guests while ensuring every property meets our quality standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, able to manage time efficiently, and comfortable using a smartphone for daily tasks and documentation. Because our schedule is based on guest reservations, hours will vary each week. Applicants must have flexible availability and be able to accept cleanings when scheduled. Responsibilities Perform thorough turnover cleanings between guest stays Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, patios, and common spaces Make beds with hotel-quality presentation Wash, dry, and replace linens and towels as needed Restock guest supplies and amenities Report maintenance concerns immediately Complete property inspections after each cleaning Take required verification photos and videos showing the completed cleaning and overall property condition Submit cleaning reports using a smartphone Lock and secure properties before departure Ensure every home is guest-ready prior to check-in Follow company cleaning checklists and quality standards Communicate professionally with management throughout the day Qualifications Previous residential, hotel, Airbnb, or vacation rental cleaning experience preferred Experience using the Turno app is preferred Strong attention to detail Excellent time management skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable using a smartphone to upload photos, videos, and complete cleaning reports Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required Must have your own vehicle Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed Must be dependable and punctual Handy skills for minor repairs are a plus but not required Schedule Part-Time Hours vary based on bookings On-call availability required Weekend availability required Holiday availability may be required Compensation & Benefits $18.00 per hour Performance-based bonus incentives Cleaner incentive program Opportunities for advancement Discounted and complimentary stays at company properties Supportive management team Immediate start available Ideal Candidate You enjoy creating clean, welcoming spaces and understand that every detail contributes to the guest experience.
