Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Houseperson for Two North Breakers Row. The primary responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness of common areas, performing waste and trash removal, and moving furniture, plants, and patio items to and from apartments and storage areas.

Responsibilities:

Clean common areas and maintain the exterior of the building Perform general cleaning tasks within the building Remove yard waste, trash, and other debris as needed Assist in moving furniture and plants in and out of apartments Be available on call for after-hours duties

Qualifications:
