We provide residential and occasional commercial cleaning services throughout Broward County. What You'll Do Provide high-quality residential cleaning services Complete standard, deep, move-in/move-out, and/or post-construction cleanings Follow professional cleaning and safety standards Bring a professional, detail-oriented approach to every property Communicate professionally with clients and the team Protect clients' homes, belongings, and privacy Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing the company Requirements Minimum 2 years of professional residential cleaning experience Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Broward County Must have active liability insurance appropriate for independent cleaning work Must provide proof of insurance upon request Must have your own basic professional cleaning equipment and supplies Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Reliable, punctual, trustworthy, and professional Ability to work independently and complete jobs to established quality standards Comfortable communicating with clients Ability to pass a background check Must be authorized to work as an independent contractor in the United States Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Independent Contractor Position This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, not a W-2 employee position .
