TYPICAL SCHEDULE

This is not a traditional 8 AM-5 PM position. The day generally begins in the morning with preparing breakfast and getting the household organized. Once the family leaves for the day, the housekeeper will complete the necessary cleaning, laundry, organization, and other household duties. Routine daily cleaning typically takes approximately 2 hours, depending on the needs of the home. After the morning responsibilities are completed, there is normally a substantial block of personal/free time during the day. The candidate will generally resume household responsibilities around 4-5 PM to prepare dinner, assist with the normal evening needs of the household, and leave the kitchen and common areas clean and organized. The exact schedule will be coordinated according to the family's routine.
