Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or uniforms as needed. Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture, equipment, or supplies safely and effectively. Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas when required, including sweeping walkways or outdoor furniture. Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service. Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial expertise. Strong knowledge of cleaning detergents, disinfectants, and proper application techniques. Skilled in floor cleaning methods such as mopping, sweeping, buffing, and floor care maintenance. Ability to perform detailed dusting and surface cleaning across various materials and surfaces. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during scheduled shifts. Physical stamina for heavy lifting and outdoor work; capable of standing or walking for extended periods. Effective client communication skills to understand requirements and deliver exceptional housekeeping services.
